Commercial video production in London

We produce commercial films for brands, businesses and agencies in London, including restaurant films, property content, campaigns, interviews, documentaries and video podcasts.

For an agency campaign, we can work from the supplied concept and art direction. For a business developing its first film, we can help decide what to show, who should speak and how the material will work across the intended channels.

Restaurant filmmaking at Lokma, Westfield London

Our Lokma project at Westfield London was produced through Beyond for website and social use. The project page presents the films, with a related production diary on the blog.

It is an example of a hospitality brief where the intended placements matter to the output. A website film and a social edit can share a subject while needing different structures and framing.

Brand and campaign video

A campaign film can introduce a product, show it in use or build a story around the brand. The concept needs to fit both the subject and the time available to make it.

Share the audience, message and planned channels. If you need main films, cutdowns or several aspect ratios, identify them before production so the shoot can take the versions into account.

Interviews, company films and podcasts

Some subjects are best explained by the people who know them. An interview or filmed conversation gives that knowledge a voice, with the setting and supporting material providing context.

Tell us who will take part, what they need to discuss and whether you want a complete conversation or shorter extracts. The location should be considered for sound and interruptions as well as its appearance.

For a broader company film, identify the places, activities and details that can help show the subject beyond the interview itself.

Property and interior films

Video can show the relationship between rooms, reveal design details and give a sense of movement through a property. The brief should identify the spaces and features that need attention.

Let us know when the location will be ready and how access will work. If photography is also needed, list those images separately so both formats have time within the production plan.

Event videography in London

Conferences, launches and other company occasions have their own planning requirements. Running orders, speaker sound, access and overlapping activities need to be discussed before the event.

Visit our London event videography page for a more detailed guide to that service.

Practical production planning

Send the filming address, preferred dates and any access restrictions. If several sites are involved, the schedule needs to include travel and setup between them.

Identify the people responsible for the location, brand material and reviews. A clear approval route helps the production move towards the agreed delivery date without uncertainty about who needs to respond.

What will the quote cover?

Commercial video rates start at £800 for a half day or £1,600 for a full day. The published rate includes two days of post-production per shooting day. No VAT is charged.

The quote brings together filming, locations and the finished edits. Captions, animation, graphics and extra versions are identified separately where required. See the rate card or campaign packages for the different starting scopes.

Using existing material

If you already have footage, photographs or brand assets that should be considered, identify them in the enquiry. Explain what they show and whether they are approved for the intended use.

Existing material may influence the visual direction or help define what still needs to be filmed. The production scope should make that relationship clear rather than assume all supplied files can be used without checking their content, quality and permissions.
